Yes, you can switch as often as you like. You can change the forward address (where all mail arriving at your personal mail ID will be delivered) yourself at no extra costs.

When you send mail with your new mail ID, your provider might block your outgoing mail. In that case, you can use our SMTP server. To prevent misusage, the server will ask for a password. You will have to save the password only once in your settings.
Please note that in most cases, you will be able to use your provider's SMTP server without problems.
